First stable Python SDK release: 0.10.2 → 1.0.0.
CHANGELOG documents the #176 governance helpers (
list_suggested_labels/promote_suggested_labels, sync + async, typed models) andsession_idoncreate_episode(#174). Folds in the never-published 0.10.2 prep. Tag (not pushed here) triggers the PyPI publish.
